Convert PowerPoint to PDF.

Turn a simple .pptx deck into a PDF, one page per slide, with its text, pictures, backgrounds and basic shapes in place.

How it works

  1. Add your deck

Drop in a .pptx from PowerPoint, Keynote export or Google Slides download.

  2. Convert

Each slide is read and laid out on its own PDF page.

  3. Check and download

Download it and flick through to check it against your deck.

Good to know. Best for simple decks. Text, pictures, backgrounds, tables and plain shapes come across. Charts, SmartArt, gradients, shadows, animations and custom fonts don’t, and text uses a standard font, so line breaks can shift a little. For a perfect copy of a designed deck, use Export to PDF in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using open-source libraries, so your file never leaves your device. You can even disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded and it’ll still work.

Does it work with .ppt files?

No, only .pptx. Open the old file in PowerPoint or Google Slides and save it as .pptx first.

Why is a chart missing?

Charts and SmartArt are drawn by PowerPoint itself and aren’t stored as pictures in the file. The tool tells you how many items it had to leave out. Paste the chart as a picture in your deck and it’ll come through.

Are speaker notes included?

No, just the slides themselves.
