The plain terms that apply when you book work with us. Last updated 5 August 2026.
These terms cover work booked through this website. For monthly partnerships and larger projects, a separate written service agreement is issued and, where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

What you are getting is confirmed in writing before a shoot goes ahead. That confirmation lists the deliverables, which may be photography, short-form video, a longer video, or a combination. Anything not on that list is not included.
Any figures we use as examples of what a shoot can produce are examples, not guarantees. The actual output depends on the brief agreed beforehand.
All prices shown on this site exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
One round of revisions is included on an agreed batch of content. Further revisions are charged at £60 + VAT per hour with a minimum charge of one hour, and are paid before the revised files are released.
Raw photo and video files are not included as standard. They can be bought as an optional add-on, quoted per project. Everything usable from the agreed brief is delivered edited.
Final files are delivered through a shared Google Drive folder. The Personal Brand Content Shoot is delivered in 10 working days or less from the shoot. Partnership content follows the schedule agreed in your content calendar.
Please download and keep your own copy. We hold delivered files for a reasonable period but we are not your archive.
Travel is included within the agreed local South London area. Anything outside that is quoted separately before booking.
A shoot can be moved once at no cost with at least five working days' notice, subject to availability. Inside five working days we will always try to find a new date, but the fee may not be refundable if the slot cannot be filled. These terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is taken.
Once a project is paid for in full, you get a licence to use the delivered content for your own marketing, in perpetuity, worldwide, across your website, social channels, advertising and print. We retain copyright in the underlying work, which is normal for photography and film.
Please do not resell the content or pass it to a third party to use as their own without asking us first.
We would like to show the work we make for you in our portfolio, on this site and on our social channels. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not. Where a project is confidential, say so before the shoot.
We need access to the location at the agreed time, and any permissions needed to film or photograph there. If a shoot cannot go ahead because access or permission is not in place, it is treated as a cancellation inside five working days.
Where people appear in the content, it is your responsibility to have their agreement to be filmed or photographed for the use you intend.
We produce content and, where agreed, manage its publication. We do not guarantee a number of leads, sales, followers, reach or a return on advertising spend. Where paid advertising is added to a partnership, the advertising spend itself is paid separately by you, directly to the platform.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
