Resize a video for socials.

Turn one clip into 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 4:5 or 1:1 for the feed, or 16:9 for YouTube. It all happens in your browser, so the file never leaves your computer.

Output size
How it fits

Drag the preview, or use the sliders, to choose which part of the frame stays in shot.

Trim (seconds)

Output format. MP4 in Chrome, Edge and Safari; WebM in Firefox. Export runs in real time, so a 30 second clip takes about 30 seconds. Keep this tab open and in view until it’s finished.

Fill or fit?

Fill crops into the frame, which suits people and products in the middle of the shot. Fit keeps the whole picture and fills the gaps with a soft blur of the same clip.

Which size where

9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Stories. 4:5 takes up the most room in the Instagram and Facebook feed. 1:1 is the safe all-rounder. 16:9 for YouTube and websites.

Quality

Exports at about 8 Mbps, which is plenty for social. If your browser can’t open a file (some iPhone HEVC clips on Windows), convert it to a standard MP4 first.
