Convert Excel to PDF.

Turn a spreadsheet into a PDF table that actually fits the page. Wide sheets switch to landscape and shrink to fit, and the header row repeats on every page.

How it works

  1. Add your spreadsheet

Drop in an Excel, OpenDocument or CSV file, then pick the sheets you want.

  2. Choose the layout

Automatic picks portrait or landscape and shrinks wide sheets to fit.

  3. Convert

Download a PDF with one table per sheet.

Good to know. You get the values as Excel shows them, set out as a clean table. Charts, images, cell colours and print areas aren’t carried over. Very wide sheets are split into column groups so nothing gets too small to read.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using open-source libraries, so your file never leaves your device. You can even disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded and it’ll still work.

Do formulas come across?

The results do. You see the calculated values, formatted the way the spreadsheet formats them, just not the formulas themselves.

What about hidden rows and columns?

They’re left out, like when you print from Excel. Hidden sheets are unticked to start with.

My sheet is really wide. Will it be readable?

The tool tries landscape and a smaller font first. If it’s still too wide, it splits the columns across pages and labels them, so nothing gets microscopic.
