Make a GIF from images.

Drop in a few photos or graphics, put them in order, set the timing and download an animated GIF. Nothing leaves your computer.

Your images will be listed here.
Timing

1000 milliseconds is one second. 500 is a relaxed slideshow, 100 is quick.

Size

How it works

  1. Add your images

Drop in two or more. They’re read in your browser and sorted by name.

  2. Set the order and timing

Move frames up or down, choose how long each one shows and how big the GIF is.

  3. Make and download

We stitch them into one looping GIF for you to save.

Good to know. Images of different shapes are fitted to the first image’s shape, either whole with a background colour in the gaps, or cropped to fill. Very large GIFs (lots of big frames) can take a while and use a lot of memory.

Questions

How many images can I add?

There’s no hard limit, but every frame adds to the file size. For social posts, 5 to 30 frames at 600 px wide is a sensible range.

Can I use iPhone photos?

Yes. HEIC photos are converted in your browser first. That step loads a helper library and can take a few seconds per photo.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Everything happens on your device. Close the tab and it’s gone.

Why do the colours look slightly off?

GIFs can only use 256 colours per frame, so smooth gradients and photos get a little banding. That’s the format, not the tool.
